Privacy Policy

1. Summary

DutyWeave is a single-device, offline workplace handover app provided by GK CLEANING COLLECTIVE LTD (UK). A user account, remote database or internet connection is not required.

2. What is stored

Work areas, shift labels, voluntary operator names, handover notes, issue descriptions, action history, checklist answers, timestamps and user settings are stored inside the Android application's local storage. The app does not need identity documents, payment-card details or sensitive client information. Please avoid entering confidential information.

3. Internet and tracking

This release does not request internet access. All three onboarding illustrations and the app icon are bundled in the installation and do not load from an online image service. The app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, Firebase integration, online authentication or developer-operated server. We do not automatically receive your app records.

4. Exports, clipboard and backups

PDF, CSV and JSON files are created only after you choose an export destination using the Android system picker. The Handover Readiness feature can copy a handover brief to the Android clipboard only when you tap Copy. Clipboard contents may be visible to the system and other apps, so avoid copying confidential notes. Exported files may include names and workplace notes and are not encrypted. If you select another app or cloud provider to store or share them, that provider's privacy practices may apply.

5. Device access

There is no request for camera, microphone, contacts, location, broad storage or notification permissions. File creation and selection use Android's document picker. The app disables automatic OS backup of its private database.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local records remain until you delete them, clear all records from Settings or uninstall the application. Manually exported files are controlled and deleted separately by you. Restoring a backup replaces local records only after confirmation.

7. Third parties and communication

The optional Contact Support button opens your installed email application. A draft isn't sent automatically. If you choose to send a message, your mail provider processes the communication. This offline app doesn't send emails on its own.

8. Children and sensitive uses

The app is intended for ordinary non-clinical operational notes, not emergency response, medical records or other safety-critical workflows. It is not designed specifically for children.

9. Updates to this notice

Privacy wording may be updated when the application's actual functionality changes. Material changes should be disclosed in the updated in-app and public policy.
